Evelyn Collins — Principal Strategic Architect — brings a decade of experience spanning IT consulting, government, and organizational change management to every engagement. Her roots in strategic planning stretch back to 2008, when she first developed a deep instinct for organizing, mobilizing, and building the operational backbone that makes large-scale initiatives actually work.
She has led complex initiatives across nonprofit, faith-based, government, and corporate environments — translating strategy into execution at scale, and turning ambition into infrastructure that holds.
Devenej was built on a foundational belief: the quality of your work should never be undermined by the quality of your documentation. Every organization that serves a real mission deserves infrastructure that reflects it.
Devenej was built from the names of the women who built me.
The name Devenej is not a made-up word. It is a composite — drawn letter by letter from the names of four women whose presence, character, and standards shaped everything about the way this work gets done.
She never got to see the women her daughter and granddaughters would become. But her name lives in this work as a reminder that a life can leave roots deep enough to shape generations long after it's gone.
